Fairground Galloper Centre Spinning Pillar - hexagonal pillar with brilliant cut mirror to each face in carved frame, surmounted by a carved eagle. These pillars originally sat at the 4 corners of the centre truck of a galloping horses ride, and would spin around catching light in the mirrors. In overall good sound condition in old show paint, the mirrors with some foxing but no cracks.
Approximately 54 inches (137.2 cm) High, 16 inches (40.6 cm) Diameter.
