Lot also includes a range of early 20thC. cards by various publishers, sorted into broad thematic categories: portraits of famous women (25) some hand-tinted; Edwardian glamour (17) mostly French or German publishers; portraits of actors (12), all except one is real-photo; Royalty (34) from George V to QEII, mostly B&W real-photo; German embossed cards (2); real photo image of Girls Friendly Society gathering (1); camping c.1920 (3).
