UK; Covers; 1916 cover to Glasgow with Buckingham Palace c.d.s. and cachet (roughly opened, torn partly through front, and aged). Of interest as it encloses a distinctly uninspiring Mauritius stamp, and a letter reading "The Private Secretary presents his compliments to Miss L. Crawford Watt, and is commanded to thank her for the letter of the 22nd inst., and for the Stamp contained in it - which however is being returned, as His Majesty already possesses a copy of it."
