Elliott Ltd, London with a selection lever for either Westminster or Whittington chimes, the square brass dial having a raised chapter ring engraved with black Roman numerals and cast-brass spandrels, with blued steel trefoil hands, the bell-top ebonised case with applied gilt-brass mounts and handle, with instructions within the back door, height 32cm including handle.
