Belgium bronze medal for Liege World Fair exposition 1930 on the centenary of the independence of that country. Designer J. Witterwulche; made by H. Dupond. Approx. 70mm diameter, 3mm thick.

From the collection of Tom Pring, a highly respected member of the Belgian Study Circle and the author of two works on Belgian issues, ‘Fine Barbe Varieties’ (2009) and ‘1893 Armoires du Royaume’ (2015). Pring was half-way through a work on the Ostend-Dover Route, which he was sadly unable to complete.
