Fine boxwood oboe by and stamped Cahusac, London, with three silver plated keys on wooden saddles, original case
General condition very good for age with only a hairline crack to the top of the middle section, total length 22.25", overall diameter of the bell joint base 2.25". There is no warping and the instrument is in playing condition but might need re-padding, the wooden case is in poor condition with two splits through the domed lid, but still serviceable.
