A Japanese Meiji period 8-fold room divider screen, with silk panels to one side depicting Cranes in treetops. End panels measure 42cm, height 160cm, central panel width 40cm.
Silk in generally good condition. You can see bumps where the hinges lie beneath the fabric, and over two hinges there are signs its wearing a little thin. Some light scratching to the frame. Some holes to the reverse. Please see additional photographs.
