A rare Royal Doulton silver mounted stoneware match striker, dated 1916. Of globular form with a central silver mounted match holder and three equidistant apertures for discarding spent matches. Impressed factory marks and numbered 7365. Silver mark of Corke Brothers & Co, London 1916. 7.5 cm height.
Condition report: Good condition. Some age related wear to the silver mount.
