An impressive early 20th century mahogany cased GWR railway wall clock, with single fusee movement and white enamel dial, inscribed "G.W.R. The Westbourne" (Great Western Railway), dial 16in. (40.6cm.) diameter, case 20 ½in. (52cm.) diameter, restored. * Movement is clean and believed to be in good working order. With pendulum and winding key. Dial has been restored and repainted, hands also refurbished. Case has been restored and dial surround cleaned. Pegs securing dial and movement to case are replacements. There is G.W.R. number plate but there is an old trade label for Camerer Cuss & Co. on the lower door.
