An Elizabeth II silver-gilt commemorative centrepiece, 'The Bowes-Lyon Candleholder', by Hector Miller for Aurum Designs Ltd, London 1984, limited edition 58/250, the crowned lion sculpture by Tim Minett, the pierced domed base cast with Sweet Briar/Eglantine rose flowerheads and leaves with three candlecups, to a turned Honduran rosewood base, with card box and accompanying purchase paperwork. Approx. 11cm high overall, pierced cover 5.2 troy ounces (lion finial unmarked so not weighed)

Produced to commemorate HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother's 60 years of service to the nation, 1923-1983.
