PASSENGER LINERS, MERCHANT SHIPS, FERRIES & PADDLE STEAMERS: A well-filled binder containing a wide variety of ships on PPCs loosely arranged by shipping line (White Star Line, Cunard, P&O etc) or type. E.g. 'R.M.S. Titanic' (2, one printed in Germany, other Beagle Series), 'M.V. Britannic', 'S.S. Cedric & Celtic', 'R.M.S. Lusitania', 'R.M.S. Mauretania' (1906 & 1938), 'S.S. Ivernia', 'S.S. Kaisir-I-Hind', 'R.M.S. Mantua' and 'S.S. Ranpura', M.V. 'Empire Windrush' and many more; Railway Steamers, Steamers operating out of Holyhead and Stranraer Excursion steamers, Paddle Steamers e.g. 'P.S.Devonia' (abandoned after damage at Dunkirk) etc., also inc. a small group of ships in distress or stranded, a few port/dockyard scenes and the Royal Sovereign Lightship. Condition ranges from fair to fine. Lot also includes two cards published by Rembrandt, part of a limited series signed by descendants of key people associated with the 'R.M.S.
