TO FRANCE ROUTED VIA BELGIUM WITH "D'A/B" MARKS; Feb. 1780 - Nov. 1781 trio of ELs from London to Cognac/Calais/Paris all routed via Belgium due to the war with France, and so each with mainly fine encircled "D/A/B" marks ("D'Anglettere par Bruxelles" ) marks of Brussels due to the closure of the regular Dover-Calais route and travel from London to Ostend instead.
