An 18ct hallmarked sapphire and diamond ring, central oval collar set sapphire flanked by three diamonds either side, weight 4g, ring size O.

All ok. The shank of the ring is stamped 750 twice, but other marks have not been stamped clearly and are therefore illegible. Heat treated stone, dimensions 6mm x 4mm x 3mm
