A Rare Black Glazed Tripod Censer, liding, incised seal mark Xiyin Shuwu zhencang, Jiaqing period, imitating an archaic bronze vessel, the rounded sides well carved in low relief with scrollwork containing taotie mask and bird head motifs, below a key fret band just under the rim, the vessel standing on cabriole legs springing from ruyi motifs, and with double upright loop handles springing from the flat rim, the incised seal mark on the flat underside lies within a neat ring of 'sesame seed' kiln support marks, the shiny black glaze thinning to an olive tone in some places,
