Two panels from a 19th century woven paisley shawl, cut in shield-shape following the design, each approx. 97 cm by 71 cm; together with a red Indian wool shawl, embroidered in brightly coloured silks, with a floral and foliate border and paisley boteh to the centre, embroidered signature to one corner, approx. 188 cm by 184 cm; and a later woven wool shawl, black ground with paisley boteh, approx. 210 cm by 110 cm (4)

The Paisley panels have some nibbles. The red shawl has an odd tiny mark but appears unused.
