Agreements made to acquire the Bath Hotel and adjoining houses to rebuild and rename as the Clifton Down Hotel, Clifton, Bristol. Requisitioned by the Military in October 1918 and then the Ministry of Pensions, and they were still in possession of the building in 1924. Struck off in March 1938. VF (10).
