EARLY MAIL FROM BULGARIA; 21 Mar. 1756 EL (opening fault) to Rome, slit & awl-punched in transit at Naples where cursive "Napoli" h.s. applied and written by a missionary in Bulgaria There are 45 homes in Daugeo, 56 or 57 houses in Lamberlia. Sofia has only three catholic houses and there is great disorder.....As soon as a woman marries, the other men take advantage of the bride,,,,they have strange customs, pouring water or wine on a grave.
