A worksplate, ANDREW BARCLAY, REBUILT 1987. Most Barclay rebuilds in this year also have four figure works numbers but there were a few exceptions. The most likely candidates are a small batch of 2ft gauge Baguley-Drewry diesel locomotives built for the Ministry of Defence in 1974. Barclay rebuilt a couple of these in 1987 and at least one did not have an AB works number. Cast aluminium, 9¾"x8". (Postage Band: B)
