An early Victorian mahogany twin pedestal desk, by Holland & Sons, tambour roll top enclosing a fitted interior and large gilt tooled blue leather drawer / sliding writing surface, below eight drawers with turned handles, plinth base with concealed castors, drawer stamped, 136 by 84 by 113.5cm high, with key. Provenance: The Estate of Mr Joseph B. Hay, son of Major-General Arthur K. Hay DSO OBE - 100 years of a military family.
