A VICTORIAN 1834/1874 PATTERN HOUSEHOLD CAVALRY OFFICER'S SWORD AND SCABBARD. With a 97cm broad, pointed and fullered blade marked for Hawkes and Co. London, Manufacturer to the Queen, and numbered 726 to the back of the blade. With broad pierced guard with applied brass decoration, wire bound shagreen grip and stepped oval pommel, with steel scabbard with twin brass suspension points. 115 cm overall.
