Having a high domed lid, rams horn thumbpiece, hollow single-curve handle with cut-card decoration and crowned initials E and B just below a three-part hinge, and with boot-heel terminal, a low narrow fillet to truncated cone drum, touchmark of T B' (PS1373), very possibly Thomas Bankes III, Wigan (PS9601), 34.6 fl.oz., height 17.7cm
