Four real photographic postcards of the launching of the RMS Mauretania, the ocean liner which when launch at Wallsend in 1906 was the largest moving structure ever built. In 1909, she claimed the fastest transatlantic crossing - a record held for 20 years. Different photographers include Black of Heaton. All postally unused. Good plus condition.
