World textiles: very rectangular large embroidered panel, the deep border along three sides, the top edge seemingly having been folded over for use, now unpicked, the majority of the embroidery worked in gold metallic thread and highlights of the design worked in silks in a variety of colours. Three of the edges are bound in wool, approx. 108cm by 152cm
