A VICTORIAN SILVER CANDELABRUM, the removable two branch section cast with foliate scrolls and shells, the detachable sconces and one small cartouche engraved with a crest, the lower section engraved to cartouche on the ornately cast stem, the shaped circular cast base with plain edge to foot, stamped with retailers 'Makepeace London' to sconces, maker Richard Sibley II, London 1841, height 45cm, approximate gross weight 85ozt, 2646 grams (condition: the two candle holders from the arms are loose and the threads are worn on the screw fittings, the sconces are slightly mishapen, the base is sitting flat on a level surface)
