An 18ct gold, white opal and diamond set oval cluster dress ring, the cabochon opal measuring approximately 22mm by 14.5mm, with a depth of 5mm, and bordered by round brilliant cut diamonds, size L, gross weight 6.8 grams.
A few scratches and other minor surface abrasions to the surface of the opal, in places, otherwise in good order.
