1947 registered envelope with local rubber handstamp in red on 2a KE VII and 2a KG V, tied by Deh-Rawal CDSs of 17 SEP 47.  The reverse with State Crest, three strikes of Mushir-i-Tasrifat handstamp, and registration selvedge with part further CDS.  A pretty cover.  Neither stamp listed by I&A;
