Egypt: Egyptian Mail Steamship Company Limited, 10 deferred shares, [1907], #C0133, steamship in centre with harbour scenes at either side, brown, with coupons. Registered 25th May 1906 and ordered two passenger ships named 'Cairo' and Heliopolis' to operate them between Marseille and Alexandria. The board of directors included Lord Armstrong and Edouard Empain. The route was very competitive and the company was put into voluntary liquidation 7th July 1908 and the two ships put up for sale. EF and scarce.
