Late 19th century continental school - Garden Scene with a Villa - oil on canvas, 40 by 33cms, framed.
This painting is very dirty and would benefit from a clean. There is a tear to the canvas in the sky above the rooftop and several puncture marks. The stretcher is visible through the canvas and there is craquelure to the paint.
