Railway. Modern Traction and Infrastructure. Approx. 130, black and white postcard sized, darkroom prints, all taken at Kensington Olympia in the period 1967-70. A fine and interesting collection of prints which give a real insight into the huge variety of traffic at Kensington Olympia in the late 1960's. There are photos of the station buildings and platforms, signage, posters, Motorail terminal and its environs all appear to be one photographer. Plus a wide variety of green diesel traction trundling through and on the famous Motorail workings. Of particular interest are a number of photographs of the Household Cavalry unloading horses and photos of the rolling stock. A number of the photographs were taken the day after the Kings Langley accident. All the prints are captioned, copyright does not pass to the buyer. Sample illustrated.
