ADAMS, NINETEENTH CENTURY RELIEF MOULDED POTTERY JUG, the upper part of the handle and neck glazed in brown, beneath a brass banded rim, moulded with rustic figures, together with a NEAR MATCHING JUG BY TURNER, moulded with the ‘Archery Lesson’ design, impressed marks, 8 ½” (21.6cm) high, and slightly smaller, (2)
C/R- the Adams jug with several chips to the collar, the Turner jug with star hairline to the base and small chips to the spout, both with minor glaze chips and rubbing to the handle
