A 19th century Louis XVI style giltwood chaise longue, with reeded ribbon tied rails, acanthus leaf carved arms and foot cresting, on four wrythen toupie feet, length 186cm depth 76cm height 95cm

Frame looks to be in fair original order but is now a little wobbly on the feet, gilding looks to be original, some cracks running through joints in the frame as well as some additional cracking particularly at the top of the foot end, only partially upholstered and comes with a later slightly smaller squab cushion.
