World War One Imperial German Trench Knife


5 3/4 inch, single edged blade with back edge sharpened point.  Forte with maker "ERN. WALD. RHEINL". Blackened steel oval crossguard.  Grooved wooden slab grip.  Contained in its blackened steel scabbard with lower belt loop and retaining strap. Clean example.
