A lovely rosewood, English made canteen. Lined in blue silk, with brass hardware and a plaque inscribed to William Ernest Gouldstone on the occasion of his wedding in 1924. With a collection of thirty-two pieces of silver plated cutlery. Key included.
Noted Liverpudlian William Ernest Gouldstone served in the 25th Battalion of the Kings Regiment and this canteen was presented to him by the Liverpool staff of the Scottish Union and National Insurance Company.
