A smokebox numberplate, 4377, from a GWR 43XX Class 2-6-0 built at Swindon in December 1915. A long time Westbury engine, it finished its days at Chester GWR and Aberystwyth from where it was withdrawn in January 1959 and sold for scrap to Hayes at Bridgend, the last surviving 43XX in traffic.
