DOULTON BABY INK BOTTLE. 3.5ins tall. A most unusual version of the companion piece for the �Votes For Women� Doulton Lambeth stoneware inkwell. A design registered in 1907 (Reg. No. 537190) and attributed to Leslie Harradine, it is usually entirely ceramic with only a metal hinge this version paired to a silver metal reservoir that was obviously original. Probably a special order commissioned for a more upmarket retailer and extremely rare?
