More Information

* Condition: The Junghans movement looks as if it is a later replacement as there are two unused screw fixing holes to the drum housing and the holes next to them for the Junghans movement appear to have been added. One of the screws is missing and the movement therefore moves within the housing. It is in running order when catalogued, but it does sometimes eventually stop - the movement is dirty and it probably just requires oiling and cleaning. The dial is in good condition, with no damage to the enamel. A few small dings to the plated inner edge of the bezel. The case has some dings and scratches and a patch of fading to the top left front corner. The left side of the case is slightly faded. The EPNS stamped mount has wear to the plating throughout and some small dings and creases to the edges when it folds around the edge of the wood - there is also a small split to the top right edge.
