(few flap faults) 'Via San Francisco' to The British Consul in Valparaiso franked 6d DLR tied by '14' rays numeral with Orange and Sydney cds on rear and Panama transit cds on front where apparently intercepted and endorsed at left 'Checked and paid at Panama 1/-' and very unusual thus.
