A William IV rosewood and mother of pearl inlaid four tier what not reading stand, the adjustable upper tier enclosed by carved leafy finials, inlaid with an armorial crest bearing a deer, within foliate mother of pearl banding in the Anglo Indian taste, supported by slender tapering acanthus carved uprights, the third tier with a frieze drawer inlaid with conforming banding, all upon turned peg feet brass caps and castors, 150cm H x 60cm W x 45cm D
