Wonderful front of a registered cover sent from Wednesbury to Wolverhampton bearing a huge four margin 1d red-brown and a huge four margin horizontal strip of three 1841 2d Blue (SG 14, Pl.4). Each tied by Wednesbury “850” numerals and the 1d cancelled by a crisp blue Wolverhampton datestamp for AU.9.1850. Very attractive.
