A George III silver coffee pot, maker's mark *J.S, London 1770, the domed lid with pineapple finial, gadrooned rim, plain baluster body raised on a collete foot with gadrooned decoration, cast spout, replacement handle with ivory insulators- marks rubbed Roberts and Belk Ltd, 27cm high, 965grams, 30 ozs- Ivory Registration Number:- UDQBECG *Listed by Grimwade under Unregistered Marks [mark no.3685]. It may have been recorded in the lost 1758-1773 Largeworkers' Register.
