McCall, attractive scrollwork at sides, large format, black, with coupons. Interest was payable in London. Only 400 issued. The company underwrote various insurances but operated mainly as a bank and also issued notes in the Territory. These bonds form part of the repudiated debt of the State of Florida. GVF and scarce early piece.
