A late Georgian/early Victorian carved bull's eye banded agate brooch pin. The brooch pin having a carved banded agate cabochon with central concave to accentuate the bull's eye. The banded agate brooch set in a silver mount to twisted wirework decoration with hinge pin and c clasp to the verso. Unmarked, however surface tests indicate silver. Brooch pin measures 5.2cm x 4.3cm. Weighs 16.4g. All weights, measurements and sizes are approximate.
