After completing his degree in Fine Art: Painting in Liverpool in the 1970s, John Mortimer studied for his post graduate at the Royal Academy in London. Over the years, he has had many jobs in order to pursue his work as an artist. He continues to paint and exhibit his
work as often as possible.
