A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER OPEN FACE POCKET WATCH, key wound, round discoloured dial signed 'Marine Decimal Chronograph 5 44590', Roman numerals, gold tone hands, within a polished case with a vacant belt and buckle cartouche, inside case back hallmarked 'Platnauer Brothers' London 1881, silver dust cover also hallmarked as above, stamped 44590, movement stamped 44590, approximate case width 58.2mm, approximate gross weight 170.7 grams (condition report: not tested, requires a key, general light wear, dial is discoloured and would benefit from a gentle clean and polish, overall condition good)
