The 2013 iteration of The Mentors Chenin Blanc was another triumph of artful winemaking. It's a meticulous blend of four components, each contributeng to its distinctive character. Some grapes underwent wild yeast fermentation to enhance texture, while the rest was inoculated with a specially selected yeast strain for maximum fruit flavours.
