LARGE VICTORIAN MUSIC BOX - 12 AIR. A large Victorian music box with a 12 air movement, with 'bells in sight' and butterfly strikers, and with change/repeat and start/stop levers. With a reproduction song sheet and in a walnut and faux rosewood case, stamped with a serial number 6995. Cylinder 23.5cms long, case 56cms by 34cms, 29.5cms high. *CR: In good working order with a nice tone, teeth and tips all present, stop/play lever slips back a little when moved so may need a little attention. Three of the bells seem fine when playing, the centre bell and one to the right of it (they move together) don’t seem to be moving, maybe need freeing up perhaps. Case, top is a little warped, general wear/scuffs/scratches over the years.
