AN INDIA GENERAL SERVICE MEDAL 1854-1895 WITH PERAK CLASP TO THE 1ST/10TH REGIMENT OF FOOT. An India General Service Medal with Perak clasp, impressed naming to 1707 Pte T. Turner 1-10th Foot. The 1st/10th Regiment of Foot later became the Lincolnshire Regiment. In 1888 Thomas Turner is recorded as being awarded the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal whilst with the 1st Battalion of the Lincolnshire Regiment, he is also recorded as serving in Yokohama in Japan. Mounted for display with copied research.
Very slight marking, generally a nice example.
