A FIRST WORLD WAR CASUALTY PAIR TO THE ROYAL SUSSEX REGIMENT/ROYAL FUSILIERS. A Great War Pair comprising War Medal and Victory Medal named to G-81754 Pte A. Isaacson R. Fus. Abraham Isaacson from Manchester served with the 9th Battery attached to the 73rd Light Mortar Battery. He was the son of Solomon and Emily Isaacson of 12 Cornwall Buildings, Cheetham, Manchester, he was killed in action on the 13th September 1918 and is buried at Maroc British Cemetrery, Grenay, he was 19 years old. *CR Usual wear to surfaces. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
