1840 1d Black Pl.5 (Second registration sheet after hardening). Very fine and fresh unused good to large four margin imprimatur lettered TB. Scarce, one of only 23 possible examples that have been removed from the imprimatur sheet, many of which are in institutional collections. PBA cert (2014), £15,000. Ex Durham (1993).
