A very large 19th century parcel gilt and rust-coloured painted overmantle looking glass of oval form; the pediment centrally set with a conforming oval gilded cartouche flanked by high scrolling foliage with tapering husks, the main frame with egg and dart-style moulding and the base with further highly ornate scrolling foliage leading to pagoda-style waisted and fluted motifs (some pieces away and present and other pieces missing) (186cm highest point x 150cm widest point at base width)
